Statement of Mission
"Joining forces to enrich educational opportunities for
students."
Collaboration
and Cooperation
The Mountain BOCES has created educational partnerships with ten mountain
school districts and Colorado Mountain College, covering 8,000 square miles
across
central
Colorado.
BOCES
is service-driven, customizing programming based on districts' needs. With
the flexibility to respond quickly to the changing needs of today's student
population, Mountain BOCES can hire outside experts or create new programs
and training for special education as it is needed.
Fall
2008 IEP Training
Mountain BOCES is pleased to offer two days of training for
all special education personnel in our districts. One
day will prepare your to implement the new rules and forms
from the state. The second day will cover using the new computerized
IEP software (SEAS).
