Meagan Gillcrist is an educator and consultant with over 15 years of experience in special education and specialized services program development. With both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Special Education, she began her career teaching in Title I schools, working alongside students, families, and educators to create meaningful learning opportunities that meet diverse student needs.

Today, as the Founder of AlignED, Meagan partners with schools and districts to strengthen instructional practices, support educators, and develop systems that connect special education, MTSS, and core instruction. Her work spans specially designed instruction, educational evaluations, IEP development, progress monitoring, and program design. Grounded in her classroom experience, Meagan believes in building on the strengths of educators, removing unnecessary barriers, and creating practical, sustainable solutions that help schools better support all students.
