Meet our Professional Learning Team
Our Professional Learning Team consists of the Professional Learning Director, Lead Field Supervisor, SPED Instruction, Field Supervisors, and Administrative Assistant.
The school-based portion of our program is overseen by a Mountain BOCES Field Supervisor. A Field Supervisor is a key support and accountability partner who bridges the transition into teaching by helping candidates grow their instructional skills, meet program expectations, and prepare to fulfill the responsibilities of a teacher of record. They collaborate closely with mentors and principals to ensure candidates are supported as whole educators—professionally, instructionally, and relationally. Field Supervisors cultivate teachers who are effective, inclusive, and responsive in their practice.
